Caroline Gardiner joins as International Partner
LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Caroline Gardiner has been appointed to Cushman & Wakefield’s (NYSE:
CWK) Global Occupier Services (GOS) team as Head of Facilities
Management, EMEA.
Gardiner has spent the past three years working as a consultant to
Citigroup, responsible as project lead for the global outsourcing of the
Fortune 500 bank’s facilities management services across 98 countries
within four regions.
Established within the facilities management sector, Gardiner has held a
number of high-profile roles within the banking sector. She was project
lead for the global outsourcing of Barclays Facilities Services across
three regions and 54 countries, later appointed as the Interim Head of
Global Facilities Management. Prior to that, she supported HSBC in
developing a service-centric facilities management operating model
through multiple partners, incorporating change and business
transformation.
Before moving into the banking sector, Gardiner held senior management
roles in corporate catering services organisations including Compass
Group as well as Sodexo’s fine dining division Directors Table,
developing the business and introducing facilities management services.
James Maddock, Head of GOS EMEA, said:
“Facilities Management
is a core area for our business. Caroline’s proven track record in
global facilities management, as well as workplace and business
transformation projects for major corporations, will be a real benefit
to our clients which include some of the world’s most prominent
businesses and organisations.”
Gardiner joins Cushman & Wakefield later this month as an International
Partner. Current team lead, Partner Ian Gray, remains in the senior
management team, taking the role of Head of Client Delivery, continuing
to drive existing client services.
Steve Quick, Chief Executive of GOS, said:
“We are delighted
to have such a well-respected leader join our global team to focus on
innovation, client-first delivery and continuous improvement. Caroline’s
participation and support of our global occupier clients in EMEA will
undoubtedly strengthen our delivery model, positioning our clients at
the forefront of what’s next.”
Caroline Gardiner, incoming Head of Facilities Management, GOS EMEA,
said:
“Corporations are increasingly outsourcing some or all of
the management and operation of their facilities. It is an exciting time
in the sector and my insights, along with the team, will help inform our
future growth strategy, global alignment and intelligent IFM capability
to benefit new and existing clients, creating and delivering that
all-important user experience.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s GOS EMEA team supports occupiers in making
intelligent business decisions that optimise the value from the spaces
they occupy.
