Matt Chatham, Aaron Wright and Hope Keaney Join Cushman & Wakefield in the Bay Area

Chatham to Serve as Tenant Representation Lead for San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) announced the recent addition of veteran brokers Matt Chatham and Aaron Wright as Executive Managing Directors and Hope Keaney as Associate Director.

All three tenant representation professionals will be based in the firm’s San Francisco office and will focus on servicing clients regionally and nationally. Along with his brokerage role, Chatham also will serve as Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation Lead for San Francisco.

In his 17-year career focused solely on tenant advocacy, Chatham has completed 6 million square feet of transactions valued at $3.5 billion. His recent clients and transactions include Bay Area headquarters for Gymboree, Stella & Dot, Checkr, Blue Jeans Network, Castlight Health, Juno Therapeutics, California Casualty, Achaogen and Walmart.com, as well as various Am Law 100 firms. Chatham joins Cushman & Wakefield from Savills Studley, and prior worked at JLL. He was consistently a Bay Area top producer for both firms.

Wright has 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a background in brokerage, construction and development. A proven, consistent top performer throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 8 million square feet of real estate transactions valued at $2 billion involving strategic planning, labor analytics, relocation analysis, global disposition programs, lease restructuring / terminations and office relocations and expansions. Locally and nationally, he has represented clients across a range of industries. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from Savills Studley.

Keaney, who partners with Wright, brings a robust background in real estate finance and client service gained from a broad range of experience. With her experience in landlord underwriting, portfolio analysis and financial modelling, she applies a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to solving clients’ objectives. She also joins the firm from Savills Studley, and prior worked as a senior analyst with Prologis.
