Jonathan Coslet

Jonathan Coslet was appointed to the board of directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2018. Mr. Coslet is a Senior Partner of TPG. Mr. Coslet is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Management Committee. Prior to joining TPG, he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and before that, at Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he started his career. Mr. Coslet previously served on the board of directors of Biomet, Inc., IASIS Healthcare LLC, Quintiles IMS Holdings, Inc., Quintiles Transnational Holdings Inc., PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. and Neiman Marcus Group, Inc. He currently serves on the boards of Life Time Fitness, Inc., IQVIA Holdings Inc., the Stanford Medical Advisory Council and the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research, and he serves as a Trustee for Menlo School. Mr. Coslet holds a B.S. in economics and finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Timothy D. Dattels

Timothy D. Dattels was appointed to the board of directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2018. Mr. Dattels is currently a Senior Advisor to TPG Global having served as Partner for TPG, Chairman of TPG Asia and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. In this role, he has been based in San Francisco, Hong Kong and Singapore and led the Asian investment operations. Prior to joining TPG in 2004, Mr. Dattels served as a Partner and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs & Co.

He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Western Ontario. He serves or has served on the Boards of Directors of Cushman & Wakefield, BlackBerry, Invest in Canada, Parkway Holdings, Primedia Inc., Shangri-La Asia Ltd., Sing Tao News Corporation Ltd., and SFJazz. Mr. Dattels is currently Chairman of The Jackson Laboratory and the Chairman of Alpine Canada, the national governing body for para-alpine, ski cross and alpine high-performance ski racing in Canada. He has also been appointed by Prime Minister Trudeau to represent Canada on the APEC business council. In addition, he recently joined the Board of Sagard Holdings, a Montreal based dynamic alternative asset manager.

Michelle M. MacKay

Michelle M. MacKay, Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive Officer, was reappointed to the Board of Directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2023. Previously, Ms. MacKay served on the Board in 2018 until stepping down in 2020 to become the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. She was then promoted to the firm’s President and COO. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. MacKay occupied the positions of Executive Vice President, Investments & Head of Capital Markets at iStar, Inc.; Executive Director, Commercial Real Estate at UBS; Vice President, Fixed Income at J.P. Morgan; and Assistant Vice President, Real Estate and Fixed Income at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. She holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Connecticut.

Jodie W. McLean

Jodie W. McLean was appointed to the board of directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2018. Ms. McLean is the Chief Executive Officer of EDENS, one of the nation’s leading private owners, operators and developers of retail real estate. She was named Chief Investment Officer of EDENS in 1997, President in 2002 and CEO in 2015. Ms. McLean serves as Trustee and Executive Board Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Trustee of Urban Land Institute (ULI). She serves on boards for Extended Stay America (Nasdaq: STAY) and Wofford College, as well as several other institutions and not-for-profits. Ms. McLean holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina and a degree from South Carolina Honors College.

Anthony Miller

Anthony Miller was appointed to the board of directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2021. Mr. Miller is Partner and Chief Executive Officer at PAG Japan Limited. He is a director of PAG Holdings, Ltd, Edelweiss Securities Limited and Joyson Safety System Corporation. He was formerly a director of Research Oil, Freuhauf Trailer Corporation and Universal Studios Japan. Prior to that, Mr. Miller was a Partner of alternative asset manager Ramius LLC, where he was in charge of their business in Asia and Japan. Previously, he was a managing director and head of the Hong Kong office for The Carlyle Group and a managing director and Head of Corporate Finance of Bear Stearns Asia. Mr. Miller is also a trustee of the American School in Japan, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the U.S.-Japan Council and the World Economic Forum. Mr. Miller holds degrees from Brown University and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

Lincoln Pan

Lincoln Pan was appointed to the board of directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2017. Mr. Pan is a Partner of PAG and the co-head of the Private Equity business. He is a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee and the PAG Group Management Committee. He has led work for many of PAG’s overseas investments and leads the operations work across the PAG portfolio. Mr. Pan is on the public board of Regional Express Airlines, where he is on the Audit Committee. He also serves as a Board member for a number of PAG portfolio companies, including Edelweiss Wealth Management, Unispace, Joyson Safety Systems and Craveable Brands. Prior to joining PAG, Mr. Pan was a Regional CEO, Greater China for Willis Towers Watson. He has also previously worked with Advantage Partners, GE Capital and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Pan holds a B.A. from Williams College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Angela Sun

Angela Sun was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2021. Ms. Sun is a Partner at Rise Health Group, a digital health company. She is also a director on the boards of The Western Union Company; Apollo Strategic Growth Capital II, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) supported by Apollo Global Management, Inc.; and Maxim Crane Works, L.P., an Apollo portfolio company and the largest crane leasing company in the U.S. Prior to her current role, she was Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Alpha Edison, a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm. Before that, Ms. Sun spent 10 years at Bloomberg L.P., most recently as Global Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. During her tenure at the company, she also served as Chief-of-Staff to Bloomberg’s CEO. Prior to Bloomberg L.P., Ms. Sun was a Senior Policy Advisor in the Bloomberg Administration. She also worked at management consultancy McKinsey & Company in Financial Services and Healthcare, and at J.P. Morgan as an investment banker. Ms. Sun currently serves as a trustee on the boards of the Museum of Arts and Design and Second Stage Theater, is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and serves on the Advisory Council of the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Brett White

Brett White has served as Executive Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield since 2015. From 2015 to 2021, Mr. White served as both CEO and Executive Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining the firm, he had a 28-year career with CBRE, serving as Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2012 and President from 2001 to 2005. He was also a member of CBRE’s Board of Directors from 1998 to 2013. Mr. White previously served as a trustee of the University of San Francisco. He also previously served on the boards of the following organizations: Edison International & Southern California Edison, Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation (ACRE), Realogy Holdings Corporation, Mossimo, Inc., Allied Universal and Valley Crest Commercial Services. Mr. White holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Billie Williamson

Billie Williamson was appointed to the board of directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2018. Ms. Williamson served in various roles at Ernst & Young L.L.P., most recently in the role of Senior Assurance Partner, from 1974 to 1993 and 1998 to 2011. She also worked at Marriott International, Inc. from 1996 to 1998 as Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Comptroller, and before that at AMX Corporation from 1993 to 1996 as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Williamson also serves or has served on the boards of directors of XL Group Ltd., Pentair plc, Pharos Capital BDC, Inc., CSRA Inc., Janus Capital Group, ITT Exelis Inc., Annie’s Inc., and Energy Future Holdings Corporation. She holds a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
