Real estate veteran Dennis Yeo joins Cushman & Wakefield to lead Singapore and Southeast Asia

SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cushman & Wakefield, leading global real estate services firm, recently announced the appointment of Dennis Yeo as Chief Executive, Singapore and Southeast Asia.

With close to three decades of real estate experience, Yeo joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE where he was Managing Director, Industrial and Logistics, Asia. Prior to joining CBRE, Dennis worked at Colliers for 22 years in a number of roles, including Country Head of Singapore and as an Executive Committee member of Colliers’ Asia leadership. He was also Head of Colliers’ Asia Capital Markets, Investment Services and Industrial Services.

Yeo will oversee the firm’s corporate real estate services across Singapore and Southeast Asia, which include capital markets, tenant and landlord advisory services and valuations. He will also work closely with Jun Sochi, the Managing Director for C&W Services Singapore.
