Leading design & build practice will be rebranded to C&W Design + Build
PARIS – Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) has completed its
acquisition of Réponse, a leading design & build contractor in France.
Réponse, with 110 employees in France, is active on all types of construction projects, including offices,
retail, hotels, restaurants and healthcare. Its employees work on the design and delivery of interior spaces that
articulate clients’ requirements and enhance business performance. Réponse will be fully integrated
into Cushman & Wakefield and rebranded to C&W Design + Build.
As a core service offering within the firm’s Project & Development Services (PDS) skill line, C&W
Design + Build draws upon the capabilities of specialists across EMEA in the fields of project management, cost
consultancy, interior design, building consultancy and mechanical & electrical engineering.
Réponse President Christophe Gellé will continue to develop C&W Design + Build in France, offering
clients a ‘turnkey’ – or single provider – design & build option alongside the
firm’s existing project and development services. He will also take over the management of PDS in France.
Colin Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield, said:

Design + Build. We are committed to strengthening our capabilities to ensure we always have the
geographic coverage, integrated services and insight into local markets to deliver outstanding results for our
