Michelle M. MacKay, Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive Officer, was reappointed to the Board of Directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2023. Previously, Ms. MacKay served on the Board in 2018 until stepping down in 2020 to become the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. She was then promoted to the firm’s President and COO. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. MacKay occupied the positions of Senior Advisor to the CEO and Executive Vice President, Investments & Head of Capital Markets at iStar, Inc.; Executive Director, Commercial Real Estate and Senior Member of Commercial Real Estate Investment Committee at UBS; Vice President, Fixed Income at J.P. Morgan; and Assistant Vice President, Real Estate and Fixed Income at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. She holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Connecticut.
